How to Apply
Step-by-Step Guide
Candidates register directly on the Takamol SVP portal and pay a USD 50 assessment fee per test.

Create Your Profile
Register on the Takamol SVP portal using your valid personal and passport information.

Step 2
Select Trade & Date
Choose your preferred assessment city, occupation/trade and an available assessment date.

Step 3
Pay USD 50 Fee
Pay the prescribed Takamol assessment fee of USD 50 per test through the online payment system.

Step 4
Get Appointment Slip
Download the appointment / roll-number slip generated by the system.

Step 5
Auto Center Allocation
The system automatically allocates you to an approved Test Center based on your city, trade, date and capacity.

Step 6
Take the Assessment
Report to the assigned Test Center on the scheduled date with your original documents and complete the assessment.

Step 7
Receive Certificate
On success, your result/certificate is uploaded to your SVP portal within 24 hours. If unsuccessful, book a new appointment.
Requirements
Required Documents
Only two documents are required for a Takamol test. No additional supporting documents are needed.
Valid Pakistani Passport
Required for registration and identity verification at the Test Center.
CNIC
Computerised National Identity Card.
That is all - no additional supporting documents are needed.
Good to Know
Skill Verification is mandatory only for candidates going to KSA in occupations notified by Saudi Takamol.
Assessment fee is USD 50 per test, paid online through the SVP portal.
If unsuccessful, you may re-book a new appointment via the SVP portal.

The Role of NAVTTC SVP
NAVTTC is the implementing partner in Pakistan. It onboards institutes as Takamol Test Centers and facilitates the implementation of Takamol guidelines through approved Test Centers.

Onboards and approves institutes as Takamol Test Centers across Pakistan.
Technical Support
Provides technical support to Test Centers for smooth assessment operations.
Complaint Resolution
Handles complaints and maintains high standards across Test Centers.
Capacity Building
Trains Test Center staff - Assessors, Internal Validators and Focal Persons.
What NAVTTC SVP does NOT provide:
Training, curriculum, increased enrolment or financial support. Curriculum, assessment methodology, test patterns and compliance mechanisms are established and managed by Takamol. Candidates register directly through the SVP portal and pay the USD 50 assessment fee per test.

A structured, compliance-based onboarding process approved by NAVTTC and Saudi Takamol.

EOI Announcement & Application
NAVTTC publishes an Expression of Interest. Institutions email their registration interest with the NAVTTC registration certificate and a 5-minute video of the full center facility.

Initial Screening & Categorization
Applications are reviewed for completeness and eligibility, then categorized by trade requirements and geographical priorities from Saudi Takamol.

KAM Assignment
A dedicated Key Account Manager (KAM) is assigned to guide the institution and act as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding.

Registration with NAVTTC
Institutions not already registered with NAVTTC complete the prescribed registration before proceeding.

Physical Inspection & Compliance
A physical inspection verifies infrastructure, equipment, human resources and practical labs against the prescribed tool lists and trade-specific standards.

Documentation & Internal Review
Required documents, photos and compliance evidence are collected, then reviewed internally; any deficiencies are communicated for rectification.

NAVTTC Approval
Compliant institutions are approved by the Selection Committee and the Executive Director, NAVTTC.

The complete profile is forwarded to Saudi Takamol for final technical evaluation and approval.

The center is officially onboarded for the approved trades, and the KAM conducts an orientation before testing begins.

Test Center Requirements
Institutes must be registered with NAVTTC and meet the infrastructure and compliance standards set by NAVTTC and Saudi Takamol.

CCTV Surveillance
High-resolution CCTV with audio, centralised monitoring, 30-day retention.
Connectivity & Power
High-speed internet with backup and standby power generator.
Driving Tracks
Standardised assessment tracks (where driving trades apply).
Reception & Waiting
Candidate verification desk, lockers and an air-conditioned waiting area.

Who is required to undergo Skill Verification?
Candidates intending to work in Saudi Arabia in occupations notified by Saudi Takamol as mandatory must successfully complete the Skill Verification before travelling for employment.
Is Takamol a training or job provider?
No. Takamol provides skills assessment services only. It is not a training provider or a job provider. Successful candidates become eligible for employment in Saudi Arabia, subject to the applicable employment requirements and procedures.
What documents does a candidate need?
Only a valid Pakistani Passport and CNIC are required for a Takamol test. No additional supporting documents are required.
What is the assessment fee?
Candidates register directly through the SVP portal and pay the prescribed Takamol assessment fee of USD 50 per test.
